In light of The American Lawyer's initial failure to correct its numbers for Dentons in the AmLaw 100 survey and its refusal to publish Dentons' ad correcting the record, Dentons continued to place advertising to alert all parties concerned about the magazine's manufactured average global profits per equity partner numbers for Dentons.

While other legal journals accepted this ad, The American Lawyer refused to publish it.
